Your 7-day trial begins when your items are delivered. We’ll put a hold on your card, which does set aside those funds, but you won’t be charged. Don’t love it? Send it back to us and we’ll release the hold on your account once we receive your item(s).

What is a hold?
Holds, also known as authorizations, are the most common and secure way to ensure both the merchant and customer settles a transaction. All transactions start with an authorization hold on your card. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express card holders will see a single hold on your card for the duration of the trial. Discover card holders are subject to a 5-day re-authorization process, which means your card will be re-authorized every 5 days to ensure that the funds are still available on the card to pay for the order. While you cannot use the funds that are being held, that money has not been transferred, and is not taken out of your account. If you decide not to keep your items, you can send them back, and the hold on your card will simply be released.
What does a hold look like on my bank account?
Each bank displays a hold differently. If you use a debit card, your issuing bank will prevent you from using or transferring those funds. If you use a credit card, your issuing bank will decrease the amount of credit available.
Note that some issuing banks take 24+ hours to release holds, in which case you may see two pending holds on your card for a short period of time.Is there a difference between a hold on a debit card and credit card?
