Reviewed in the United States on March 24, 2015 This is a great B Complex. I've been using it for years, for more than one purpose. I used to get if from Walmart, bt the local store doesn't carry it right now, so I was glad to find it on Amazon. I got started with it when I was younger and subject to PMS. Even taking 2 a day it's only a couple of bucks a month, so I figured it was worth trying. It worked, and it is far cheaper than evening primrose, etc. (Especially since those products did nothing for me!) It's also good in the morning to give you a bit of an energy boost. If you're under stress your body burns off B vitamins, so if you've got problems (like most of us) it helps restore your vitamin balance and keep you calmer and healthier. Another claim that a friend made for it, is strengthening and conditioning your hair. Since she was the one who told me it worked for PMS, she may have been right about the hair too. My hair's always been really thick and really fine so I don't have a way to compare on that.

First time ordering on Amazon, my walmart hasn't had in stock for several weeks. Gotta have my Vitamin B complex. Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2022 After my daughter experienced severe fatigue following a mono infection, our pediatrician recommended trying an all "B's" supplement. She says she feels an increase in her energy level after about a week and then continues to take them 3 to 4 times a week.
