I am looking for advice, I am a new member of the community that moved here to be close to family in our retirement. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a doctor, Pinehurst Medical cannot see me till Feb as I am a new patient and more of the same with other providers I have contacted. With pre-existing conditions, I cannot wait that long, any ideas out there that will help me??? Thank you in advance for suggestions...

I’ve been traveling out of town for a primary care physician/Gen prac for some time now, but think it’s time for a local doctor. Emphasis on someone who can 1) see new patients; 2) fit someone in fairly quickly when we are ill; and 3) (the big one!!) LISTENS. (So tired of doctors that just jump to conclusions without actually hearing the patient.) Recommendations? Thanks in advance!
