When I was taking bath yesterday. I used soap in my penis and head also by roughly due to mistake. I have now discomfort in my urethra and burning sensation in penis head. Please give me a medicine please.

You apply soap on penis head roughly and now feeling burning sensation on penis head. I advise you to wash your penis head with tap water properly and take plenty of water daily. Follow this and give feedback.
