My doctor told me to drink throat coat tea to help with congestion and cough but I hear mixed things that pregnant woman shouldn’t drink this tea….anyone else hear anything about it?
I’m a pharmacist. I drank a few cups of it when I had a cold…. Then looked at the box and found it’s not recommended in pregnancy. A lot of the supplements in throat coat aren’t safe. At the time I looked into the details of each supplement, but cant remember the exact risk. I just remember I regretted drinking it without doing my research and didn’t drink anymore. After that I just did hot water, lemon, and honey.
Yea, I went with regular chamomile with honey!
