Sanford Clinic is a multispecialty clinic connected to Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck, ND. It is considered to be one of the first medical clinics established in the United States. It was founded by Drs. Eric P. Quain and Niles O. Ramstad in 1902. Dr. Quain brought the first supply of novocaine to the United States for use as local anesthesia. Today, Sanford Health continues to lead the way in medicine by providing life-saving techniques, procedures, equipment and medicines for patients.
