battery removal 2016 Buick Cascada

Has anyone removed the battery from 2016 Cascada, if so how did you remove the metal plate
that has 4 wires connected to it at the back of the battery

Had similar (was scratching my head) and found these videos - not Cascada but same type of Buick battery housing/connections as the Cascada

Note: you don't have to connect any of those fuse cables just the battery cables/housing.

Once I saw these videos - it only took minutes to replace the battery
