Last year I had multiple bottles in…Last year I had multiple bottles in hopes to regulate my bowels. It initially gave me diarrhea that persisted for over a year after taking only 1 bottle. I tried to reach out to the company for the 90 day money back guarantee with no response. As I said previously it took my body over a year to recover. Unfortunately I purchased 6 bottles in May of 2023 and never got a response from my email requesting refund a month later in June 2023.Date of experience: 02 March 2024

I ordered 3 bottlesI ordered 3 bottles, as the price was going to be very steep at full price. I was unknowingly also charged an additional 9 bottles and signed up for a subscription through Paypal. I immediately contacted customer service and they are unreachable. Their auto-response says they cannot get back to you for 48 - 72 hours!!! Which means, they will ship the products and you will have to pay to send them back and hope for a refund. SCAM. Overpriced for "exotic" ingredients I have since found as common on Amazon and other sellers. Also, the Gina Sam websites are fake and her pic looks AI generated. THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH THEM BY PHONE. YOU ARE TOLD THE WAIT TIME IS 4 MINS, AFTER 10 MINS IT BRINGS YOU BACK TO THE MAIN MENU WHERE YOU CANNOT PRESS ANY BUTTONS AND DISCONNECTS YOU.Date of experience: 13 November 2024

I have contacted the company 5 times to request a refund because did not work for meI have contacted the company 5 times because Emma Relief did not work for me. I purchased 3 bottles and took the first bottle faithfully for 30 days. My bowels still remained difficult to release. They advertised a 100% guarantee which I have requested. My mother-in-law bought this and had an…My mother-in-law bought this and had an adverse reaction and stopped using it. These things happen, no big deal.Where things get interesting is in trying to actually get a refund. This has -- so far -- required more than two weeks of emails back-and-forth, requests by EMMA for photos of the product (?) and for personally identifying information about my wife (the customer's daughter, who is handling the refund task). The last few rounds of emails have been sales pitches for more product (at a discount ! LOL ) Oh, and we have to pay for shipping it back, of course.So, *maybe* some people actually get refunds, but count on spending a lot of hours in the attempt.Date of experience: 01 August 2024

Great Product!Okay, I was start by saying these smell exactly like the flinstones vitamins we used to take a kids! They are very high quality & helped make my stomach feel better after only a few days (I was having pain after eating)! They were also pretty easy to swallow & that, considering I am not good at swallowing pills, is awesome! I have suffered 3 years with 14 small…I have suffered 3 years with 14 small bowel obstructions 2 huge surgeries. I had to watch everything I ate.
