1) Sit on the floor and extend your legs out. Keep the chest up, back flat, core tight and head neutral.
2) Grab both ends of the towel and step the top of your right foot on the loop.
1) Slowly pull the towel towards you and lift the leg up. You should feel the stretch in your right calf.
2) Hold until the end of the timer.
Note: For this to work, the leg has to be straight.
