Products that are sent directly from the supplier will usually have a slightly longer delivery timescale than our regular 3-5 working days timeframe. This is because many items are made to order or grown to order to ensure they are in peak condition.
When ordering on our website, if a product is being sent from the supplier, you will see ‘Delivered directly from [supplier name] along with details of the delivery timescale.
As a general rule, we aim to deliver your order as follows, however, you will be able to view the specific information for your order on the product description page on our website or using the app:
- Food 10-14 working days
- Plants/Garden 7-10 working days
- Electronics 7-10 working days
- Personalised Jewellery – 7-14 days
- Beds/Mattresses – these require an agreed booking. We expect bookings to be arranged within 28 days of your order being placed, however, we can be flexible with this to meet your own needs and circumstances.
