The only ones that i know that if you get as a 100% blood quality is the ones that turn into Werewolves, these = servants only since when they change they come out of their cages and wreck havoc in your castle (think these are workers only as well).Whats best to go for since you can get 9 servants in each castle (total 18 servants in all).
2 Humble, 2 Sacred, 2 Tenacious, 2 Tracking and 1 Military are (from what i can see) the better 9 servant combination in each castle.
There are a couple of zone area's that(as far as i can see) do NOT have anyone to capture that will give that zones stat requirement (swamp being 1) since there are no humanoid npc's in there at all.
If you're going for an ideal mix, and can choose them perfectly?
I'd want 2 workers (so you can get the decreased difficulty in all 4 brighthaven districts), 2 rogues (because Church of the Damned as well as doing both Harpy Nests), 1 Warrior, 2 Scholars (Dunley Monastary is nice for getting glass without visiting Dunley frequently - very good for castle decorating), and 1 Brute (you don't need to do the mines that often, considering how efficient it is to farm them yourself). That leaves me 1 free, and I'd go with a 3rd rogue because of how many zones they benefit (CoD, Harpy Nests, Cursed Forest, Cursed Swamp).
For faction, I'd probably go 6 silverlight and 3 dunley. But if they add in decent ability to get servants from Cursed Forest, I'd do a 3/3/3 split, or -1 dunley for +1 silverlight. Of course, that'll shift when the next zone gets opened up anyways. The only times that it matters particularly is for missions with only 1 person you can send:
Brighthaven Docks (Silverlight Worker)
2x Harpy Nest (Silverlight Rogue)
Mosswick Village (Dunley Worker)
2x Cotton Farm (Dunley Scholar)
2x Ancient Village (Cursed Worker)
Since the western ancient village is really good to farm manually anyways (you can get Iron Ore, Scourgestones, Grave Dust, GhostShrooms, and Spectral Dust - 2 of which servants don't get), that means I'd make my workers be from Silverlight and Dunley, 2 rogues from Silverlight (3rd doesn't matter), and both scholars from Dunley. Since that gives me 3 Silverlight and 3 Dunley, I'd want the other rogue, the warrior, and the brute from Cursed Forest (or wherever).
With that mix, you'd have HUGE flexibility for how to distribute your servants and be getting double-bonus almost every time.
