Pro Tip
Hold the band in place for an extra 1 second when your arms are fully extended for added benefit.
How To
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and over the middle of a band while bending forward and maintaining a flat back.
- Holding each end of the band with an underhand grip, exhale and extend your arms to straighten them out behind you.
- Continue to straighten your arms until they are fully extended while making sure not to keep your upper arms and torso still.
- Inhale and allow your arms to bend while keeping your upper arms in place, returning to the starting position.
